Pietro has worked with Perani Pozzi Associati since 2010. He obtained a law degree from Luigi Bocconi University in Milan and continued his studies at the Queen Mary University of London, obtaining an LLM in international business law (with a focus on international arbitration and on international commercial law and public contracts) and, subsequently, obtaining a PhD in corporate law from Luigi Bocconi University in Milan (with a research project and dissertation on arbitration and energy contracts).

Pietro handles civil, commercial and administrative law (with a specific focus on the sector of public tenders), both in-court and out-of-court.

He is the author of articles concerning international arbitration and participated in the Commentary on Bankruptcy Law, directed by Professor Cesare Cavallini (2010). The publication of his doctoral dissertation (“The Adaptation of Long-Term Gas Sale Agreements by Arbitrators”) by Kluwer is also pending.
