Francesco Braga
Francesco joined the firm in 2004, after obtaining a law degree from Luigi Bocconi University in Milan, with a dissertation on the economic valuation of intangible assets.
His education also included a master’s degree in intellectual property from Boston University and a master’s degree in Spanish law (Derecho Español para Juristas Extranjeros ) from University of Alcala of Madrid.
Francesco specifically focuses on consulting and assistance regarding trade marks and distinctive signs, drawing up and negotiating licence and technology and know-how transfer agreements and the protection of confidential information, industrial secrets and databases.
Francesco is a professional representative before USPTO (United States Patent and Trade mark Office).
